Doing good for others is easier when we feel better inside and outside. When we are less connected to ourselves we are less capable of seeing a bigger picture of life. This is why in many parts of the world there are ideas where you train your mind and body. The most famous nowadays is probably Buddhism itself, because a deep Buddhist will try to fulfill the eightfold path. Similar approaches can be found in many old beliefs of our world.
To help you with your body feeling I want to share this video on fascia with you because yet many people are unaware of their existence and their importance. Getting your fascia system in order will help you feel stronger, more flexible, happier, and more aware in general.
